I often get hung up in my own "busy head." I become a prisoner in my own mixed up mind. I pray to be freee from the bondage of self. I want to be as free as this Tiger

I think sometimes that as long as we live as we do, within the "confines" of our civilizatin and society, as members of the human race, that we can never reach a true state of freedom. I, too, long for freedom from the bondage of self, but I cannot escape what or who I am, only improve it and live with it. Nice photo of the butterfly; I can never quite get them to hold still for me !
